1. Manage, coordinate and supervise overall DDU GKY trainings. 2. Ensuring that training/revenue targets are met. 3. Coordinate and communicate about the program to the team member,StateUniversities, etc. and develop a resource team for the project. 4. Network with the local people and implement the training programs along with them. 5. Ensuring the course content is relevant and effectively delivered to the student 6. Plan and conduct Training of Trainers. 7. Ensuring periodic assessments and certifications of trainees. 8. Daily monitoring of trainingProgram, documents and data verification. 9. Conducting Inspection for Due Diligence. 10. Training Inspection and verification. 11. Hostel Facilities' Inspection. 12. Placements & OJT Verification. 13. Documenting and maintaining the verification reports. 14. Submitting the Verification reports to the SRLM / Q-Team Head. 15. Ensure that processes are established, implemented and maintained as per the SOP guidelines. 16.Review and maintain the Quality System and ensure its completeness and accessibility. 17. Managing Internal and External Audits & acknowledge the inputs wherein by the auditors promptly.

1.Require good domain knowledge (Quality parameters, the SOP of DDUGKY) 2. Conducting the Q team Inspection for DD 3. Preparation of the Final Due Diligence Report 4. Submitting the final Due Diligence Report to SRLM 5. Conducting the Q team inspection when the batch starts 6. Submitting the Q team inspection report to SRLM and CTSA 7. Daily monitoring of training centre, documents verification and data verification 8.
