Essential : Prior experience (2-3 years) in software development/ maintenance using open source technologies. Should be well versed and have experience with JavaScript, XML, XHTML, CSS, AJAX and OOPS. Should be well versed with MYSQL Database and Linux administration Desirable Experience in JAVA
