Instructions

1. The appointment is co-terminus with the project. The term of the appointment in one time will be for one year or termination of the project, whichever is earlier However in the case work and conduct is not found satisfactory his/her services can be terminated after giving the opportunity. If he/she wants to leave he/she can do after giving one month notice or one month emoluments in lieu thereof to the university. The maximum duration of engagement of Young Professional is three years (1+1+1)/duration of research project whichever is earlier. 2. The services of the employee will also be liable to terminate at any point of the time without assigning any reason because of non release of grant by funding agency or owning to administrative reason by issue of the one month notice or one month emoluments in lieu thereof. 3. On expiry of the term of the project, he/she will be relieved and the university/department will not responsible for her adjustment in the university. 4. He/She will not be a regular employee of the university and would not be entitled to any CPF/GPF or any other benefit admissible to regular employees. 5. He/She will be required to produce a medical certificate of fitness from the CMO CCSHAU, Hisar at the time of joining. 6. He/She would report for duty within 15 days from the date of issue of this order failing which per appointment will be treated as withdrawn. 7. His/Her place of work will be CCS HAU, Hisar. 8. He/She will be required to execute an agreement on a non-judicial stamped paper of Rs 15/-before he/she is allowed to join the post. 9. Ph.D. students have to produce NOC from the Dean, PGS at the time of interview. 10. YP's will be under the administrative control of PI. 11. YP's will be entitled for leave as per university norms. 12. Their engagement for the scheme will be full time. They will not be allowed to do any other work or to accept or hold another appointment with or without remuneration elsewhere. 13. This University may modify, add, delete and/ or amend change the rules with the approval of the Vice-chancellor, CCS HAU, Hisar

1. The appointment will be up to 31-03-2023 with the project. However, in case, the work and conduct is not found satisfactory, the services can be terminated any time after giving due opportunity of being heard to concerned employee. If the selected candidates (s) wants to leave. helshe can do so after giving a one month notice in writing to the University. 2. TADA will be payable as per rules of the University. However, no TADA will be payable for appearing in the interview. 4. On expiry completion of the project erm of the project, helshe will stand relieved and the Universityldepartment will not be responsibleliable for hislher adjustment in the University on any other post (it is made clear that there is no equivalent post in this University in the same identical projectscheme). 5. Helshe will not be treated as a regular employee of the University and would not be entitled to any CPFGPF or other benefits admissible to the regular employee. 6. Heshe will be required to produce a medical certificate of fitness from the CMO of the University at the time of joining. 7. Heshe should report for duty within 10 days of issue of order of appointment, failing which hisher appointment will be treated as cancelled and may be offered to any other selected candidate. 8. The place of work will be at RRS Karnal in Maize Crop. 9. Heshe will be required to execute an agreement on a Non judicial Stamped paper of Rs.15/- before helshe is allowed to join the post of SRF.
