Should be Graduate with 3/5 years professional Law Degree from recognized University/Institute or equivalent.

Upper age limit is upto 65 years as on 31/10/2016.

• Identifying, managing and mitigating of legal risk issues across the firm • Ensuring that the firm complies with legislation, regulation and the requirements of professional bodies and other organizations, including interpreting the effect on the firm of any proposed changes to legislation • Providing preventative legal guidance and risk training to the firm • Making recommendations/drafting formal legal responses to issues • Keeping abreast of commercial law changes and drafting best practice notes on topical issues for use across the firm • Providing legal support in relation to the entering into of contacts with the firm’s clients (including client engagement letters and business tenders) • Assisting with the development of team and firm wide legal and risk strategy, as appropriate • To attend all legal cases and related issue on behalf of Corporation • To keep track of court cases
