Important Instructions
The document verification process is scheduled for 23 March 2026. DV Venue: BSSC Office, Patna. Reporting Time: Morning Shift - 10:00 AM (25 candidates); Afternoon Shift - 02:30 PM (26 candidates). Only candidates whose names/roll numbers appear in the official DV schedule (revised notice dated 16-03-2026) are eligible to attend this process. Document verification is a mandatory step to prove the authenticity of all information provided during the application process. Candidates must bring all original certificates along with self-attested photocopies as specified in the official notification. Essential Documents: 1. Educational Certificates: 10th Standard/SSLC Mark Sheet and Certificate, 12th Standard/Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate, Any higher qualification certificates (if applicable), Provisional Certificate (if final certificate not available) 2. Identity Proof Documents: Aadhar Card (Original + Photocopy), PAN Card (Original + Photocopy), Voter ID Card (Original + Photocopy), Passport (if available), Driving License (if available) 3. Category/Reservation & Ex-Servicemen Certificates: Ex-Servicemen Certificate / Registration in District Sainik Welfare Office, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) - if applicable, EWS Certificate with validity - if applicable, Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates) - 40% and above 4. Experience & Other Certificates: Service/Discharge Book or relevant ex-servicemen proofs, Character Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate (if required) 5. Domicile & Residence Proof: Domicile Certificate (Bihar, if applicable), Residence Certificate/Address Proof 6. Mandatory Documents: Recent passport-size photographs (10-15 copies), DV Schedule Call Letter/Notice printout, Application Form printout with registration number, Written exam/typing test admit card, Date of Birth Certificate/Birth Certificate. Important Instructions: 1. Punctuality: Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries may not be entertained. 2. Dress Code: Wear formal attire. Avoid wearing casual clothes, shorts, or flip-flops. 3. Document Organization: Keep all documents properly arranged in a file folder in the order mentioned in the checklist. 4. Self-Attestation: All photocopies must be self-attested. Unsigned copies may be rejected. 5. Original Documents: Do not send originals through any representative. Candidates must appear in person. 6.
