Visit the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click on the 'Online Portal of I.T.I.C.A.T.-2026' link. Step-1 (Registration) : Click 'New Registration' button, fill all required details and verify your Mobile No. and Email via OTP. Note down your Registration Number and Password safely. Step-2 (Multi-Step Application Form) : Login using Registration Number and Password. Fill Personal Information, Contact Details, Educational Information and upload your Photo (3.5×4.5 cm with Placard) and Signature. Step-3 (Preview and Final Submit) : Review all filled information carefully. After verifying, accept the Declaration and click 'Final Submit and Proceed to Payment'. Step-4 (Fee Payment) : Pay the examination fee via Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI. Last date for fee payment is 15-04-2026 (11:59 PM). Step-5 (Download Confirmation Page) : After successful fee payment, download and print the Confirmation Page. Keep it safe for future use at counselling.
