Document Verification (DV) Start Date: 19th March 2026. Candidates must carry the following documents in ORIGINAL along with one set of self-attested photocopies: Educational Certificates: 10th Standard/SSLC Mark Sheet and Certificate, 12th Standard/Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate, Degree/Diploma Certificate and all semester mark sheets, Provisional Certificate (if final certificate not available), Course Completion Certificate (for technical qualifications), Post Graduation certificates (if applicable). Identity Proof Documents: Aadhar Card (Original + Photocopy), PAN Card (Original + Photocopy), Voter ID Card (Original + Photocopy), Passport (if available), Driving License (if available). Category/Reservation Certificates: Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) - if applicable, EWS Certificate with validity - if applicable, Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC candidates), Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates) - 40% and above, Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable). Experience & Other Certificates: Experience Certificates from previous employers (if required), Relieving Letters from previous organizations, NOC from current employer (if employed), Character Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate (if required). Domicile & Residence Proof: Domicile Certificate (for state government jobs), Residence Certificate/Address Proof, Ration Card (if applicable). Mandatory Documents: Recent passport-size photographs (10-15 copies), DV Schedule Call Letter/Admit Card (if issued), Application Form printout with registration number, Written exam admit card, Date of Birth Certificate/Birth Certificate. Important Instructions: 1. Punctuality: Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries may not be entertained. 2. Dress Code: Wear formal attire. Avoid wearing casual clothes, shorts, or flip-flops. 3. Document Organization: Keep all documents properly arranged in a file folder in the order mentioned in the checklist. 4. Self-Attestation: All photocopies must be self-attested. Unsigned copies may be rejected. 5. Original Documents: Do not send originals through any representative. Candidates must appear in person. 6. Mobile Phones: Mobile phones and electronic devices may not be allowed inside the verification hall. Make prior arrangements. 7. ID Proof: Carry at least 2 government-issued photo ID proofs for verification. 8. Discrepancies: If there are any name/DOB discrepancies in different certificates, carry an affidavit explaining the same. 9. Provisional Certificates: If final degree certificate is not available, bring provisional certificate with an undertaking to submit the original within the specified timeframe. 10.
