Register yourself by providing basic details (if not already registered). Login and fill the online application form carefully with all required personal, educational, and preference details. Upload the following scanned documents: Recent passport size photograph (50-100 KB) Signature (10-50 KB) Diploma in Stenography certificate (for Post Code 12/26 only – 50-100 KB) Pay the application fee online (if applicable). Preview the application form, correct any errors, and submit it. Take a printout of the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference. Selection Process: Stage-1: Stenography Proficiency Test (Qualifying only) – Dictation @80 wpm for 5 minutes + Transcription in 45 minutes (English) Stage-2: Written Examination (200 Marks) Written Examination Pattern: Objective Type MCQs – 200 Marks (2 Hours) General Awareness: 50 Marks General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: 50 Marks Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 50 Marks Test of English Language and Comprehension: 50 Marks Qualifying Marks: Minimum 33% aggregate marks in Written Examination.
