Document verification is a mandatory step to prove the authenticity of all information provided during the application process. DV Venue: Office of the Assam Public Service Commission, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022. Essential Documents: 1. Educational Certificates: H.S.L.C/H.S. Admit Card/Mark sheet/Pass Certificate as proof of age H.S.L.C Mark sheet and Pass Certificate H.S.S.L.C Mark sheet and Pass Certificate (if applicable) Diploma Marksheets (All Semester) and Pass Certificate CGPA Conversion Formula of the respective institute 2. Identity & Domicile Proof Documents: Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate State Government Employees of Assam must submit No Objection Certificate or domicile proof 3. Category/Reservation Certificates: Caste Certificate in latest format of Govt. of Assam (if applicable) Updated PwBD certificate (if applicable) BPL card reflecting name of the candidate (if applicable) 4. Other Mandatory Documents: Declaration Form A (download from APSC website) e-Admission certificate of the Screening Test Affidavit for any inconsistencies in name, father's name etc. (if applicable) Any other documents relevant as per Advertisement. Candidates must carry documents in chronological order with self-attested photocopies. Original certificates will be verified and returned on the same day. Important Instructions: 1. Punctuality: Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries may not be entertained. 2. Dress Code: Wear formal attire. Avoid wearing casual clothes, shorts, or flip-flops. 3. Document Organization: Keep all documents properly arranged in chronological order. 4. Self-Attestation: All photocopies must be self-attested. Unsigned copies may be rejected. 5. Original Documents: Do not send originals through any representative. Candidates must appear in person. 6. Mobile Phones: Mobile phones and electronic devices may not be allowed inside the verification hall. Make prior arrangements. 7.
