Job
Responsibilities

Assist PM// Member Secretary in preparation of the different documents, reports, literature and communication with different agencies and stake holders, • Provide logistical support to the Project Manager / Member Secretary and State Project Coordinator and project consultants in conducting different project activities (trainings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, arrangements of study tour, etc.); • Maintain files with project documents, expert reports; • Assist PM// Member Secretary for regular contact with project experts and consultants to inform them about the project details and changes; • Assist in translation of document in different languages, maintenance of website. Drafting correspondence and documents; finalize correspondence of administrative nature; edit reports and other documents for correctness of form and content; • Perform any other duties assigned by the NPD/PM/Member Secretary/SPC.

1. The Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board is a statutory and autonomous body constituted by the Government under the provisions of Biological Diversity Act 2002 (Central Act).
2. The Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board consists of a Chairman, Member Secretary, 4 ex-officio members and 5 expert members appointed by the State Government.
3. The Chairman and the members of the Board were appointed by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.68, EFS&T Department, dt.11.05.2006 and subsequently reconstituted from time to time.
4. The Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board, Hyderabad is the convener of the Board meetings as well as the Expert Committee meetings.
