In prescribed format applications are being invited by Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU) from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Controller of Examination, Estate Officer, Guest House Manager, Lab Assistant, Technical Assistant and Lab Boy. 1. Controller of Examination
No. of Posts: – 01 (UR)
Essential Qualification: – Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 2nd Cl
Experience: - At least 10 years experience is required of conducting university examination and respective work at the executive level
or
At least 08 yeas of experience of teaching at the level of Post Graduatation
Desirable: – Conversant of University administration
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 15600-39100/- with Rs. 6800/- Grade Pay
2. Estate Officer
No. of Posts: – 01 (UR)
Educational Qualification: – BE / B.Tech in Civil discipline with 60% marks
Desirable: – 03 years working experience as Junior Engineer in state or central university
Pay Scale: – Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-
3. Manager Guest House
No. of Vacancies: – 01 (UR)
Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering
Experience: – 03 years post qualification experience in Hotel, Tourist Bunglow run by corporation of Central or State Govt.
Scale of Payment: – Rs. 9300-34800/- with Rs. 3200/- Grade Pay
4. Lab Assistant
No. of Vacancies: – 04 (UR)
Educational Qualification: – B.Sc from recognised university
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 2400/- Grade Pay
5. Technical Assistant
No. of Vacancies: – 06 (UR-05, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: – B.Sc with 50% marks from recognised university and Diploma in Lab Technology or Instrumentation.
Experience: - One year post qualification experience in Science Lab at State of Govt. colleges or Research Institute.
Pay Scale: – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs. 2100/- as Grade Pay
6. Lab Boy
No. of Posts: – 04 (UR)
Essential Qualification: – 10th ped from recognised board.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 4750-7440/- with Rs. 1400/- Grade Pay
Process of Selection: – On the basis of Interview candidates will be selected. Calling for interview will be made not on the basis of fulfilling minimum qualification only.
Exam Fee: – A Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250/- only for the candidates of SC/ST/PH). DD should in drawn in favour of “Registrar, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner”.
Enclosures: - Attested copies of all the testimonials such as: – Marks Sheet, Age Proof, Caste and Experience would be attached with application form.
