Prior experience and interest in fieldwork especially plant ecology, ability to work long hours in challenging field conditions, experience in savanna-based projects preferred but not mandatory

Fieldwork experience, vegetation sampling experience, ability to travel frequently within Maharashtra

Field and laboratory assistance, vegetation data collection, data management, laboratory organization, expedition planning

Criteria
Indian nationals fulfilling prescribed educational qualification and age criteria as on last date of application
Job
Responsibilities
Assist in ongoing field and laboratory experiments, plan and execute monsoon field expeditions for vegetation data collection, assist in data cleaning, data entry and general laboratory management
